The NGO believes that the progress is made directly proportional to its resource people, so its development will come directly the way its human resource are planned, then, since the staff is the most important resource the NGO has, it is given an special consideration and in the plan staff will be provided capacity building workshops, seminars depending on FOSE Financial capacity. The Steering Committee or management team for FOSE will comprise the following:
